TERMS and CONDITIONS for the ticket holder

 

The purchase of the ticket automatically implies the acceptance of the following terms:
- Purchasing this ticket entitles the holder to attend the show Dralion, only if the holder accepts and follows the terms of spectacle and space.
- Valid tickets are only sold at official ticket-store outlets.
- No exchange, resale and/or overall marketing of tickets can be held by a third party. The organizer cancels the tickets without any compensation.
- This ticket can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This ticket does not apply for another show and will not be cashed in, in the event the viewer does not attend the show for whatever reason.
- The spectator/viewer must hold on to the ticket until the end of the event.
- The organizers are not required to replace lost or stolen tickets.
- The organizers reserve the right to change the date, time and site of one or more shows, notifying the public through the media. In this case the tickets are not returned, but remain valid for the new show. The same applies in the case of deferred shows due to force majeure.
- In the event of a show cancelation, due to force majeure or insurmountable problems, the show is considered complete and is not repeated, nor refunded, 35 minutes after its launch.
- In case of a performance cancelation, tickets will be refunded at the pre-sale ticket points and will be announced through the media.
- Entry is forbidden for children under the age of two (2) and people under the influence of alcohol or other substances, even if they hold tickets.
- Carrying flammable materials, laser devices and/or other dangerous objects in the venue is forbidden. Offenders will not be allowed to enter the venue. If offenders are found using such materials, they will be removed without any compensation. The same applies to those who harass the smooth running of the show in any way.
- Photographing, filming and/or taping of the show will not be tolerated. If bearing such equipment, entry will be denied and violators will be removed without any compensation.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited as well as the use of mobile devices and phones in the hall of the show.
- Once the show has begun, entry is allowed only at intermission.
- Gates open one hour prior to the beginning of the show.
- The organizers bear no responsibility for any accidents, damage or loss of items.
- The public must comply with the instructions set by the security staff, the ushers and the organizer representatives.
- Each Dralion show is unique. Cirque du Soleil reserves the right to change the order of operations and replacement of individual acts or artists.
- The organizers have the right to control the above terms.
- All terms constitute an agreement between the spectator and the Organizers.
